  2. I’ve never used a spice grinder, but certainly am inspired to go out and get one today! My store-bought spices have been in the cabinet way longer than 6 months:( Thanks Karen!

    • Nikole, I hope you give it a shot! And to be totally honest, I have spices in my cupboards that are years and years old, and yet I still pull them out from time to time. It just isn’t realistic to think you are going to constantly replace everything, so when mine seem a little “stale,” I just toast them up in a skillet first, or use a little extra (and nobody is the wiser!)
